First, Mark Khan visited the Clarion Hotel Helsinki in Finland, where he met with industry colleague, Sanna Tienari, the Head of Sales Meetings & Events at Strawberry Hotels.

What started as a connection at IMEX 2023 evolved into an on-site tour and deep dive into the property’s versatile spaces and Helsinki’s rich cultural offerings – uncovering a hidden gem for future corporate meetings and events.

Next, Anna Saum explored the Ritz Carleton Grand Cayman, where she was, in her own words, “genuinely impressed.” This site offered, of course, sparkling, crystal clear waters in every direction and incredible weather to boot, but one of the biggest standouts? The food. World-class dining experiences left a lasting mark, proving what we already know: a great menu and meal often translate to a great review. After all, the fastest way to your guests hearts is through their stomachs.
